First: Shipping

We ship orders within 1-3 business days from the order confirmation date. Delivery time may vary depending on the city and service provider.

• Shipping is available to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Fixed shipping cost: 20 Saudi Riyals.
• Free shipping for orders exceeding 300 Riyals.

Second: Return Policy

We guarantee your complete satisfaction, so we allow the return of products within 7 days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original condition and unused.
• Attach the invoice or proof of purchase.
• Discounted products are non-refundable.

Third: Exchange

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receipt, and the same return conditions must apply.

Fourth: Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified of the order status (approval or rejection). If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
